Group Challenges 'Secret Court'

An open-government group has filed a federal lawsuit challenging a law that allows members of Delaware's Court of Chancery to oversee secret arbitration proceedings in business disputes.

The lawsuit was filed Tuesday by the Delaware Coalition for Open Government.

Delaware is a small state when you reach this court they know what they will do before it even begins, like everything else its a joke.

Just where is the State's Attorney General in all of this ?!?!
