A bizarre discovery in Interstate 95 has led to a death investigation.
Investigators are trying to identify the body found on top of a tractor trailer in Fairfax County. Around 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 25, someone spotted it on top of the truck in Lorton and called 911.
