I don't know where Westbrook DR is,but I've seen a man walking this dog in the SBY Park.He told me the dog was 2 years old.
Doubt it was the dog in the park...lot of dogs look like that...unless you talked to the guy who said he found it.
Love that this blog gets animals back to their owners. Love you or hate you, no one can deny that Joe Albero does this service for people better than anybody!!!!!
