Change the congress to County Executive
I would say more like change congress to president. Obviously the cartoonist is a liberal democrat that is trying to make fun of the republican congress. What about the senate and where were they when Nancy Pelosi and company shoved healthcare down our throats.
12:24, blah blah blah. "republicans are great, dems suck". Last I checked, congress was composed of BOTH parties and they enjoy an approval rating much lower than the pres.
