SPRINGBORO, Ohio (WDTN) - A tragic accident in Springboro Tuesday afternoon.
A witness told investigators that a 2-year old was inside a van when it somehow rolled backward, striking his 5-year old brother.
Police tell 2 News the mother stopped the van and got out to speak with someone on Edgebrook Road.
