Somerset County Sheriff's Office Reports Most Recent Arrests

8-19-10 Beverly Nichole Dorsey of Westover, arrested on a contempt of court bench warrant. Dorsey was held on a $1,500 bond.
8-24-10 Deondre Lamonte Brown of Crisfield, arrested on a warrant regarding failing to appear in court for child support. Brown was released after posting $500.00 bond.
8-24-10 Moleake khalee Salaam of Princess Anne, arrested on a warrant regarding violation of probation. Salaam was later held on a $50,000 bond.

THEFT REPORT; On 8-23-10 deputies responded to 11510 Pine Pole Rd. regarding a theft of electric services complaint. It was later learned that an occupant of the house tampered and damaged an electric meter after it was turned off for non payment. Deputies charged John Clark with theft of services, and malicious destruction of property. Clark was released pending trial.

THEFT REPORT; On On 8-23-10 deputies investigated a theft of a mail box on LQ Powell Rd. The investigation showed that a unknown person stole a white metal mail box and post from that residence. The Sheriff's Office is asking residence's to report any suspicious persons or vehicles in their neighborhood.
