O'Malley Makes Statement On Raskin's Federal Reserve Nomination

STATEMENT FROM GOVERNOR MARTIN O’MALLEY ON THE NOMINATION OF SARAH BLOOM RASKIN TO THE FEDERAL RESERVE

ANNAPOLIS, MD – Governor Martin O’Malley issued this statement yesterday following President Obama’s nomination of Maryland Commissioner of Financial Regulation Sarah Bloom Raskin to the Federal Reserve Board:

Sarah has been an exceptional partner in her role as Commissioner of Financial Regulation, particularly as we’ve fought to bring Maryland’s middle class families through the national foreclosure crisis.
