Mayor Ireton announces that the Federal Court Judge granted the City’s motion to return the case to Wicomico County Circuit Court. A judge will be assigned to the case and a scheduling conference will be held in the near future. The construction management company is being added as a party defendant. The parties are preparing answers to written questions asked by the opposing party. Questions may be forwarded to City Attorney, Paul D. Wilber.
