On February 19, 2010 at approximately 7:58 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police arrested the below listed suspect on an outstanding arrest warrant received by the Salisbury Police Community Action Team during a drug investigation in the summer of 2009. During that time the suspect sold an undercover police officer a quantity of suspected marijuana.

On February 21, 2010 at approximately 3:04 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department were on routine patrol in the area of the eight hundred (800) block of South Salisbury Boulevard and observed the below listed two (2) suspects carrying large road construction signs. The suspects were stopped and it was determined that the road construction signs had been stolen from a construction project in the area. One (1) sign was the property of the Maryland State Highway Administration and the second sign was the property of the City of Salisbury.

On February 21, 2010 at approximately 7:43 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police arrested the below listed suspect on an outstanding arrest warrant received for a domestic assault that occurred on the same day. On this date responding officers met with a female victim that had been involved in a domestic altercation with the suspect. During the altercation, the suspect struck and choked the victim then destroyed a portion of a wall in the victim’s residence and refused to let the victim leave. The victim did not seek medical attention.

On February 21, 2010 at approximately 10:25 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Lodge at Naylor Mill apartment complex for the report of a burglary. Upon arrival it was found that the below listed suspect had broken the primary entrance door to one of the buildings to gain access to an interior apartment. The suspect destroyed the frame of the door while gaining access.
ARRESTED: Maurice Lamont Dorman, 36 years of age Salisbury, Maryland
CHARGES: Fourth degree burglary

He eludes paying the fines and fees for his luxury condo apartments that he calls Manhatten Square, I guess because he has it going on like that with the "big" people in the city, getting over on us by over $4500. How bout 25hrs of "embarassing" community service, in which they pickup trash @ the construction sites, or even pick up trash along rt50 from sby to willards! For the record Bozo I do feel the punishment is appropriate. I am also in management and I have an authoritative position and I can tell you my employees would be fired immediately. The reason there is so much crime in this country is because of the bleeding heart liberals like yourself.
Dear Ruiner of College Education:
You are a complete idiot. What these two have committed is obviously just a small crime turned federal because of the fact that the signs are "federal property". If you actually suggest that these girls be kicked out of college and have their lives ruined then you should be locked up. Just because you did not have any spontaneous moments as a youth does not mean you can suggest such crazy things. Go out, drink a little and maybe you'll understand that it WASN'T A BIG DEAL. In fact, I myself live in Salisbury and attend the college and those "super important signs" remain laying on the ground where the women dropped them. You'd think that one of the six squad cars that surrounded the super dangerous sign thieves would have picked them up and put them back, or at least had them do it. In summary, go back to Uncle Tom's cabin with your ultra conservative ideals, and let the youth of America enjoy their time. The stress placed on these girls from academics shadows the stress you probably have managing your employees. That is all.
