ANNAPOLIS, MD (February 5, 2010) – Governor Martin O’Malley will brief the media today at noon on storm preparations and emergency deployment for the impending snow storm over the weekend. Governor O’Malley will be joined by emergency management officials, leaders of the National Guard, and transportation officials. The press conference will take place at noon today at the State Highway Administration Operations Center in Hanover.
