I found this dog wandering around Barbara Ave and Terra Lane in Hebron. The dog has broken off of a light blue cable tie out. It has a choker chain on as well, but no tags. I had her in the garage, but when my husband came home, the dog ran off and would not come to us again. Currently the dog is roaming around in Hebron, last seen in the same area I found the dog. Just wanted to let the owner know. I did take the tie out off of the dog's collar.
I hope the dogs and its owner are reunited soon! Its cold out there!

Animals get "spooked" with big storms and sometimes flee. And this is a big storm.
So take extra care folks.
Sorry this one got away from the good samaritan.
Wish people wouldn't put chocker chains on except when they are supervising the dog to take for a walk. If this animal gets hung up into something it can choke to death

Find that dog and take it to the humane society. Tied up outside with a choker chain on in this weather. Also, it seems she is fearful of men. I have seen this before, and would like a minute with the gentleman. She is beautiful and will find a home no problem.
