Ford To Fix Brake Problem On Two Hybrid Models

17,600 Mercury Milan and Ford Fusion gas-electric hybrids to be repaired

DETROIT

The automaker says the problem occurs in transition between two braking systems and at no time are drivers without brakes.

The decision to fix the 2010 model cars came after a test driver for Consumer Reports magazine experienced the problem as he was driving a Fusion Hybrid.

More important-which companies don't employee UNION workers. Its all about the UNIONIZATION of the private sector.

Honda didn't take money either. Neither did Hundai (which also makes Kia), BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagen.

If you are insinuating that this is happening to help GM and Chrysler regain market share and repay the government, consider:

1. The feds don't own nearly as much as they should. The unions have it.

2. GM and Chrysler aren't competent enough to make a respectable hybrid. If they can't get cars on the road, they can't be recalled, can they?
