Salisbury Folk Festival An Obvious Flop, AGAIN (9-15-19)

These images taken yesterday at 3 PM clearly prove, (once again) that no one is really interested in this ridiculous Folk Festival in Salisbury. I cracked up this morning watching WBOC showing footage of the event claiming large crowds were flocking to the event, yet every video image showed next to no one there. Power of suggestion???

I found it interesting that the Guidestar reports that the SALISBURY ARTS AND ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT INC, which is responsible for this event has not filed their 990 for the year 2018 - coincidentally the first year of the folked festival.

Folks, if Mr. King wins the election, he will have one huge financial mess to clean up in the wake of Jake Day’s fiscal fiasco. If you pray, do so for Mr. King who will really have his work cut out for him.

Can someone name all "the great things" Jake Day does for Salisbury?? I keep reading all these "I love Jake" comments about all the great things he does for the City of Salisbury, but no one seems to mention any of the great things he does?? The Salisbury Festival: FAILED
The Salisbury Police Department: FAILED
The Salisbury Fire Department: FAILED
Salisbury Code Compliance: FAILED
Downtown Salisbury: FAILED
Waverly Drive: FAILED
Square at Merritt Mill Apartments: FAILED
Coventry Square Apartments: FAILED
Out of control Annexations: FAILED

Again, can someone please name all the great things Jake Day has done for Salisbury? And feel free to add to this "Failed" list.

From Jake Day's FB page. Looks like he is fanning the flames of hatred towards the County Executive and Wicomico County.

I loathe driving thru Salisbury, let alone hanging out in that crime infested shithole.

I use the bypass as often as I can instead of entering that city, driving on terrible roads, surrounded by people who don't have a clue how to drive or what the rules of the road are.

There are a lot of fine people in Salisbury and they have common sense. They know which events are worth their time and worth the risk and which areas and time of day to avoid.

IMO, the city seems to not care a lot about its citizens. The citizens feel that and respond in kind. The select wealthy few are catered to, of course. The rest? Just pay your taxes and fees for the honor of living in the area.

But don't worry, they will be your best bud come election time.
