Actually she has a shanty house out in District 2 last time I hear it was not livable nor her primary address, but she has a friend that lives in Roaring Point so she could be using that address.

I am not a Salisbury resident or even a Wicomoco county resident so no dog in the hunt. However, why does it seem that the dregs always end up in city politics? IMO an opportunity was lost by not electing Joe as Mayor; the town needs conservative leadership with a business mindset (much like Trump) to right some wrongs.
please don't run that video again...I think most already saw this and know of her reputation. isn't there a good, qualified person from that district that would come forward and run for this position?
I agree with Joe! She can not represent people when her own house is out of order. The video of her DUI arrest is not only an example of the problem she has, it is not the first time she has been in that condition, its only the first time its been on video. Julie, take care of you before trying to take care of others.

The issue is there needs to be laws in place on misdemeanors felonies are NOT allowed to run for any office but that would leave out tons of DEMOCRATS.
DEMOCRATS want the tax cap raised to pay for there welfare low income slum housing.

Sure, his presidency will have one of the strongest economies as a trophy. However, we yet again lose as it will come crashing down. Republicans aren't good at thinking ahead though are they?

Boy, with all the stones being thrown, I surely hope none are being thrown from glass houses.
Wouldn't be a good choice, even without the behavioral problems. Needs to clean up her act and stay clean in order to gain some measure of credibility.

I hope she can prove where she has been living since the split from her husband and not just using an address in district 2.
Well.. there are at east 13 candidates. I really do not like Julie personally but I can say she wil hold the council accountable. She is a conservative and never waivers. Julie work on your public persona stay sober and no one and I mean no one can f with you girl.

How many districts has she run for now? She should not be able to get any public job she is an alcoholic who can't stay sober. Yes run the piece again where she propositions the officer trying to arrest her. The whole thing needs to be run every time she runs for any office in any district, till the citizens all of them get the picture. She always showed up from what I heard at the DNR and every group involving politics drunk. I remember the articles where she lost her children and didn't know where they were and the dog they had was running around in the streets chasing every vehicle including motorcycles.
