Unless you're into some freaky stuff, peeing on the side of a building isn't sexual in nature, which is why Judges can't make you register for Indecent Exposure. It's not my opinion. It's the law. Sorry if you don't agree with the law, but there has to a conviction for specific crimes to place someone on the registry. Indecent Exposure isn't one of them.
