There should be laws to prevent this from happening.
Kids now a days do this stuff to there selves then wonder why no one takes them serious and why they cant find decent jobs. What kind of future is this boy and other kids doing it going to have. i believe in self expression and art don't get me wrong. Tattoo's, piercings, dyed hair all well and good but think about what you are doing first cause alot of it is permanent.

His parents should have told him they loved him more often. So when they kill him they wont feel so bad. That would not live under my roof, nor in my garage.
