BRIEF RESUME: On 1/9/2012 at approximately 1421 hours, Troopers from Salisbury Barrack responded to 1107 Mineola Ave, Salisbury, Wicomico County, Maryland, in reference to an assault. Investigation revealed that Vernon William Latting assaulted his sister in their residence. Latting was located, placed under arrest, and transported to central booking.
