If you were issued a voucher during the Gun Buy Back Program last month – you have until the end of the month to redeem the voucher for the bank gift card. If you do have a voucher – you should contact the Department of Safety and Homeland Security for information on how to redeem them. No additional firearms will be accepted and vouchers presented after January 31 will not be accepted.

And there you have it. Put the country down so far people have to sell their weapons - to the government no less - in order to have money. Likely for food and gas. Cant people see this for what it is? There are plenty of good Americans who will pay cash for decent weapons. Ask around before you sell them to the government.
