The liberty Legal Foundation has announced that the case pending in Georgia, challenging Obama’s eligibility, has been ACCEPTED.
This is great news considering Obama and his team of attorneys had been actively trying to have this case DENIED!!
The Georgia court in agreeing to hear the case could well be setting the stage for other states in which quite similar cases are pending. Arizona and Tennessee both have such cases waiting right now.
This case, in Georgia, deals specifically with the Natural Born Citizen issue.

If the court finds that Obama is not a Natural Born Citizen of the USA and we know he isn't. Not only would he be ineligible to run foe a second term, and the Democrats would have to get a new Denmocratic candidate for President. It should also mean that everything he signed into law would be null and void. This would include Obamacare and the NDAA law he just signed.
Natural born= born of parents that are citizens. Obama is a FRAUD.
I hope they finally do a background check on his status as an American citizen since he will be out of office in less than a year....could have been something looked into before Janurary of 2012.........................................................................................................................................if he is not a citizen then every law or document signed by him should be void.
