Milton, DE- The Delaware State Police Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a Milton, DE man after he failed to re-register his address.
On Friday, October 28, investigators obtained a warrant charging Gerald L. Sheppard, a moderate risk Tier II sex offender, with one count of failure to register a new address which he is required to do by law, after they learned that he no longer resided at a residence located in the 28000 block of W. Springside Drive in Milton.
Gerald Sheppard is described as a black male, 6’00” tall and 200 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.
The Delaware State Police are asking anyone who may know the location of Gerald Sheppard to contact the Sex Offender Apprehension and Registration Unit at 302-943-1560.
