Salisbury Home Invasion Update

This morning at approximately 10:00 am, the below listed suspect turned himself in to Salisbury Detectives as a result of the investigation of the home invasion robbery that occurred on October 24 on Emerson Avenue. He will be charged as a juvenile with the same offenses as the two (2) previous arrests, Ridge Lee Belote and Michelle LeeAnn Smith.

ARRESTED: Juvenile, 15 years of age
Salisbury, Maryland
CHARGES: Armed robbery
Conspiracy to commit armed robbery
First degree assault
Robbery
Handgun on person
Handgun use in a felon crime
Second degree assault
DISPOSITION: Pending decision by Juvenile Justice

The fourth suspect in this investigation is still at large. The fourth suspect has been identified by Salisbury Detectives as:


Lomar Lamont Belote, 29 years of age
African American Male, 6’2", 190 lbs.
Last known address: Roberts St., Salisbury

Good old Salisbury justice. Slap on the wrist so they can repeat the crime again. Neither adults or juveniles are scared in this town. This isn't Ridge's first time around. Served 6 months on 5 year sentence. Ooohhh......tough.

Previous Offence's are not recognized in courts are they? Maybe they should be!

They can be during sentencing 1:54

I think the problem is the states attorney agreeing to recommend the sentence as part of the plea-usually a mere slap on the wrist or very little jail/prison time.

You folks over in Wicomico should have just kept Ruark in. Here in Worcester we got a young go getter in Beau Oglesby. The one you all got just seems to be going along with the status quo.
