Beer: The Next Casualty Of Minnesota Shutdown

MINNEAPOLIS (CNN) -- Miller Lite beer fans better stock up while they can.

The MillerCoors brewing company will soon be forced to pull 39 brands of beers from every restaurant, bar and liquor store in the state of Minnesota.

It's all because the company wasn't able to renew their brand label registration far enough in advance before the state's government shut down.

To hell with government regulations. Sell it anyway!. If no one is available to renew the stamps then there should be no one available to enforce the law as it relates to tax stamps. It's just a government heavy handed approach to create enough hardships for the citizens to cause them to call their lawmakers and force them to cave in. The same thing Obama is doing by threatening to withold social security checks. EXACTLY the same thing.

But who will enforce the shakedown, ah, err, I mean the brand label registration law if the government slugs aren't being funded?
