INCIDENT: Attempted Murder
DATE: August 12, 2010
LOCATION: 1200 Block of Kiowa Ave

NARRATIVE: On August 12, 2010 at 2223 hours the Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack received a call indicating there was a victim at that residence who had been shot. Trooper, Deputies from the Wicomico Sheriff’s Office and Detectives from the Wicomico Bureau of Investigation responded and located the victim in the living room. EMS from the Salisbury Fire Department responded to treat the victim. The victim was walking in the area of Nikomis Ave alone when he was approached by an unknown suspect and shot. He was transported to PRMC and is expected to make a full recovery.

INCIDENT: Armed Robbery
DATE: August 11, 2010
LOCATION: 2600 block of Old Ocean City Road

NARRATIVE: On August 11, 2010 at 2205 hours the Wicomico Sheriffs Office received a call indicating there had been an armed robbery at the above location. Deputies Detectives from the Wicomico Bureau of Investigation responded and began the investigation. As the victim’s were closing and leaving the store they were working in, they were approached by three African American Males that forced them to the ground and robbed them of personal items.
