State Police Probe Bank Robbery

Suspect(s):
White male, mid 40’s, 6-0, 250 lbs., large build, unshaven facial hair, wearing a khaki colored hat and short sleeved yellow shirt.

Delaware State Police Friday July 23, 2010 responded to the Citizen’s Bank located at 146 Fox Hunt Drive Fox Run Shopping Center Bear, Delaware for a Robbery investigation. The robbery occurred around 5:58 p.m. inside of the Acme Supermarket located in the aforementioned location.

State Police Detectives advised a white male described as being in his mid forties, six foot in height and weighing 260 pounds entered the business and made contact with a teller. The suspect preceded to hand the teller a note demanding money. The suspect was given an undisclosed amount of United States currency after which he fled from the supermarket. The suspect did not display a weapon and there are no reported injuries.

The suspect is further described as wearing a khaki colored hat and short sleeved yellow shirt. The suspect had facial hair.
