Detectives Seek To Identify Check Fraud Suspect
Location: Various locations throughout Delaware and southeastern Pennsylvania
Date of Occurrence: ongoing
Suspect(s): Black male, thin build, short hair, dressed in female clothes
Resume: Detectives from the Delaware State Police Financial Crimes Division are seeking the identity of a subject who is wanted for passing bad checks.
The subject depicted in the included array of photographs has been cashing and depositing fraudulent checks at various banks in Delaware and southeastern Pennsylvania.
This investigation is ongoing, and thus, only few details are available for dissemination at this time.
Anyone who may know who this subject is should call detectives at 302-834-2630 ext. 325.

When I was 15 years old they put me in the old jail, on the top floor and the guy that slept next to me looked just like him/her. I found out later he/her stabbed his/her lover 16 times. I quess he went bye-bye for a long time. He used to share his cheese and crackers with me. How many miles are you alls chassey. These are the days of our lives...
He does look like LaFayette, it is uncanny.
Maybe the "he" is why they can't find this person. Sure looks like a woman's body.
