Hebron Works To Quell Public Participation at Meetings
Anthony Gorski, the attorney who was recently sanctioned in Federal Court for $10,000.00, has drafted a new policy for Hebron Planning Commission which permits the total shut-down of public participation at meetings.
One of the long-time Planning Commission members announced she will resign at the end of the year.

Would this be in violation of closed door meetings?
Its a violation of all America stands for, or at least did stand for.

As long as the meeting is open to public view I don't think it would be a violation.
just what does the policy say? Is it legal?
Hebron taxpayers are spending huge bucks to pay the attorney from Annapolis to work on this crap--they also pay another attorney to sit at the table. Wake up, Hebron, you're getting screwed. And.....Hebron officials whine about why more people don't go to their meetings?????????????
tax payers have no place at these meetings. when you paided your tax, your job is done.
hmmm... WONDER ROAST!!!
FTW!!11!111
12:58 PM--you're nuts!
Your tax dollars pay these bozos' consultants--if Planning decides to annex you into Hebron and you don't want to be a part of this charade that they call "Hebron government", it's just too bad.
If you think that when you pay your Hebron taxes, you're done, you better go back and learn some facts.
