MAY ERR?

OK, let's just assume this tag is supposed to IMPLY that this person is a Mayor somewhere here in Maryland. Now, what I'd like to know is, who's Police Badge is that on his Tag and since when would putting something over a State Tag like that be legal?

Then there's the question, does this guy believe this is going to STOP Police Officers from giving him a ticket?

Hopefully we can get some Official calls on this tag?

Now, what I'd like to know is, who is taking the picture while driving and how can that be legal?

May Err? Doesn't that imply that he/she's going to make a mistake?
Other than driving the 12mpg SUV with the illegal badge attached.
May Err....should our mare have
Will Err on her tag?

Taking pics of your mirror while driving? Very safe. Got lucky this time.

I see Masonic and other organizations with special badges and such attached to their license plates. So in terms of legality, I'm not sure. What's the big deal anyways?

Picking your nose like and driving like I saw you doing the other day isn't very safe either. Especially when you were having difficulty flicking it off your finger out the window and then wiping it on the window track. I am sure your eyes were on the road the entire time.

Yes that is against the Maryland Transportation Article to place any foreign objects on the tag. Also, if he is not a real officer, it is illegal to display any patches, badges or insignias of an officer in this state! nice job mayor!! needs to be punished asap!!!

If it's the mare of Herlick he is surely known around the Rehobeth Beach area. I wonder if that is where he was coming from?

I believe it is illegial in the State of Md., to disfigure a registration plate (tag) in any way.
Maybe some police type can give us the scope on this

Are we supposed to be appalled by this? It's a mayoral badge, not a police badge. They're obtainable for other elected officials as well. Just how is Mayor Bradley supposed to impersonate an officer? Being a proud lifelong resident of the Shore who has dedicated many years to public service, he's a little too well known for impersonations of the sort. Joe, this late-breaking news is just that, by about 3 decades.
