When you look around the Downtown Salisbury area, it's extremely evident this Mayor has allowed things to fall apart wherever you turn. Don't blame the economy Folks, your taxes don't care about the economy. Roads don't get paved, curbs don't get repaired, sidewalks are falling apart everywhere you look and Barrie Tilghman has done NOTHING about it. Heck, they won't even paint the curbs in the Business District! Now Folks, you and I are paying taxes and the more you allow this woman to give money to Developer reimbursements and TIF's, the more Salisbury will continue to fall apart. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
