On 07/18/08 officers responded to Ridgefield Lane in reference to a Theft of a Bicycle by a suspect who fled the area. Officers searched an adjacent area for the suspect who was located and the bicycle recovered. Suspect was placed under arrest and search incident to arrest resulted in the seizure of a quantity of suspected
cocaine.

Incident: Disorderly Conduct

On 07/18/08 officers responded to an Oak St residence in
reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, officers met with the
suspect who was involved in an argument with his father. The suspect was
extremely belligerent, began throwing personal items in the home and
acting in a disorderly manner with family members and officers. Officers
subsequently placed suspect under arrest.

Case #: 08-1967
Incident: Assault

On 07/20/08 at 2:00 am officers responded to Moore Ave in
reference to an assault. Upon arrival officers met with two victims who
had sustained injuries in an assault; one victim was transported to PRMC
for treatment. Upon investigation officers learned that the victims had
befriended the suspect who returned to the Moore Ave residence with them
earlier in the evening. According to victims and witnesses, the suspect
violently attacked both victims with a metal yard rake and fled the
area. Officers were eventually able to locate and arrest the suspect.
