112,000,000: Medicaid Enrollees Set to Climb 40,000,000 Under Obamacare

( - Under current law—including the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (AKA Obamacare)—there will be 112,000,000 people who enroll in Medicaid at some time during fiscal 2027, according to the latest baseline estimate published by the Congressional Budget Office.

That would be an increase of 40,000,000 from fiscal 2013, the last year before Obamacare’s expansion of the Medicaid program went into effect.

In fiscal 2013, according to CBO, there were 72,000,000 enrolled in Medicaid at some point during the year.

Why would anyone want to be on medical assistance? They get the worst care, wait the longest time for appointments and some doctors don't even accept it anymore which makes less available providers.

This is pathetic that so many are to lazy to take responsibility of their own lives, health, housing etc. They expect hard working Americans to take care of them and their needs plus pay them money. Then they wonder why people are wanting reform. They need to get out and work. The only down fall is they might take one of my three jobs I work.

I've had Health Insurance all my life. But, I'm a senior now, but too young for medicare. So, because of the high cost of obombmacare, I'll be going on medicaid next year. So far all my doctors I have accept it.
Am I ashamed. I used to think I'd never do it. But, now, I don't care. I'm sick of Republicans failing me. And will vote for the first time in my life, straight Democrat next election.
So, new rule. I'm over 60. Have worked 43 years. And can't get health care. I'll take all they will give me. And I mean everything. And that means I'm now a Democrat.

Good Lord, 4:12. I feel sorry for you. For you to not fight after 60 plus years of being an American and having a REAL president running our Country now, you want to feel selfish enough to crawl into the abyss and abandon reality.

Sorry for your loss of sanity.
