A Washington DC federal court judge has ordered the State Department to turn over Hillary Clinton’s emails that immediately followed the terrorist attack in Benghazi to the conservative watchdog group, Judicial Watch.
As RT reports, US District Judge Amy Berman Jackson reviewed the documents and rejected the government’s contention that the records had been properly withheld under FOIA exemption.
The “Defendant contends that it properly withheld eight identical paragraphs in two different emails, which were summaries of calls between the President of the United States and the Presidents of Libya and Egypt in the aftermath of the Benghazi attack,” wrote Judge Jackson in her memorandum opinion on March 20.
The State Department argued the summaries were meant to provide information to senior officials to be used in their decision making on how to respond to a national security crisis.

yes yes yes
Hillary had no emails during the Bengazi event. She was sleeping. After all, it was 3AM! Had the Ambassador been able to survive just a few more hours, she would have been awake and possible helped. Timing is everything.
Nothing will happen to her. The women is getting air time blaming Wikileaks for her loss. The Wikileaks exposed clinton has a complete fraud and yet it's NOT mentioned on mainstream media. Sick.
Big deal. Nothing will ever happen to Hillary no matter what is found. She is just too corrupt and powerful.
There is no such thing as sleeping when US citizens are under attack and they made repeated calls to her for protection, they knew they were in harms way and depended on this country which she should have been a priority. She has gotten away with this for far to long, she should serve time for having restricted e-mails on her private server and not being available in a crisis. It was her job in both cases.
She needs to hang for Treason.
"She needs to hang for Treason."
And people in hell need ice water. Neither will happen. Hillary is just too powerful.
