He shouldn't be allowed to collect one cent as long as he sits during the National Anthem. Then lets see how long that would last.
He was sitting for the season because he has a fragile body and can't play. However he has a 16 million dollar contract to play or sit or stay home. 49ers will let him sit the bench.
