Does this mean that after certification that a new "criteria" will be used on MD bids as a "requirement"? I am a white male who has 30 employees, who would like to continue to bid MD project, but what am I up against? Am I being discriminated against?
Can I attend this meeting to hear about what I a up against?

the reality is that white males are the MOST discriminated against individuals in this country! success must be punished in the "fair" society...
