David and Connie Johnson were asleep when they heard a noise Connie later described as the “walls caving in.” Seconds later their front door was forced open and two armored strangers burst into the two-room apartment the middle-aged couple share with their adult son, Aaron.
Several other assailants were clustered behind the two who had forced open the door. One of them was a female holding a leash that barely restrained a large, snarling dog. One of the intruders pointed as assault rifle at David’s head and threatened to shoot him. Another invader, a female, bellowed, “Put your hands up! This dog will bite you!”
David was seized and shackled. Connie and Aaron were also dragged from their home. Neighbors who were drawn by the commotion poked their heads out and were ordered to go back into their rooms.

Let's not forget that Idaho also feels that it's legal and moral for a cop to trespass on your land and murder your pet.
...coming to a town near you!
bet they had weed growing didn't they...
thats what they will say was going on and the reason for the raid...
Is "making false statements to a police officer" still a crime? And are the police under ANY obligation any more to TRY to abide by the law, or are we now in a full-fledged, we-don't-give-a-crap-your-"rights", WE ARE THE POLICE!!, society? CRAWL to the police to be handcuffed? Pointing guns at people's heads?
Public MASTERS and they make no pretenses to be anything other than exactly that. More people need to keep a loaded handgun on their nightstand (right next to the loaded .223 and the .12 gauge). God bless Texas, where they said when the police kick your door in, screaming and pointing guns at you, it's perfectly fine to blow them away.
Just as it should be.
The only statement that should ever be given to LEO is "I exercise my 5th Amendment right to remain silent and want to access to a lawyer".
