Nathan Cox received a letter in the mail last year that contained a picture of his vehicle and a traffic citation for speeding that was captured by a traffic camera in D.C.. However instead of simply paying the ticket and going about his business he fought back against the government, and he won.
There’s no question whether or not the vehicle in the picture is Cox’s and he doesn’t deny it. You can clearly see the license plate that says “ENDW4R” affixed to the same vehicle he drives, but what it didn’t show was him driving the vehicle so he cited the Bill of Rights in his response to the police.

Great job by the vet.
I'm going to do the same thing b/c I did lend my pick up truck to someone who was moving and ended up getting a ticket within that same week. My driving record is crystal clear which should also back up my argument. Good job by this genius.
9:52...in Maryland (and I don't know about DC) the driver isn't being ticketed; the car is. With the Maryland speed cameras, the driver isn't being given a fine or points. Your insurance isn't being notified. Nothing goes on the driver's record, so your "crystal clear" driving record isn't tarnished. The speed camera tickets are no different than parking tickets. It's just a way to increase revenue. If you lent your truck to someone, get them to pay the fine.
