U.S. Charges Wal-Mart Over Protesting Workers

Federal officials have filed a complaint against Wal-Mart for allegedly retaliating against workers who staged Black Friday protests in 2012.

The National Labor Relations Board, which protects the rights of workers who organize for better working conditions, is taking a next step in a case against Wal-Mart for alleged unfair labor practices. The agency had warned in November that the complaint could be filed.

The complaint, filed Tuesday and circulated Wednesday by union representatives, details times when Wal-Mart allegedly illegally threatened"reprisal" against workers who protested on November 22, 2012, both on national television and to employees directly.

Of course Eric Holder the lawless AG will charge a major company that offers better insurance than his bromance partner Obama. It is nothing but the continued assault on America by the Communist counter culture that occupied our Government through fraud and deceit.

You do realize most Walmart employees are about as smart as a tick and can't work anywhere else because of that right?

They get paid what they are worth.
Walmart is like employee daycare. The employee's are lucky the company exists to train them, teach them responsibility, some measure of organization, scheduling and the value of a dollar.
They make 7 times what factory workers assembling iphones and nexus tablets get paid in China. Do you think there is a Walmart employee capable of that kind of work?
They make 9 times what an elementary school TEACHER makes in Eastern European countries or Russia.
American Walmart employees, in one month make 50 times what a shopkeeper/owner in Ethiopia makes in a year.
8:36 you REALLY are a fool.

@10:53,

Right because our costs of living are the same as those countries, the only fool here is you.

Insert tab in to slot b, yeah, I think a walmart employee could handle that. Spout off again when you actually have something intelligent to say.
