3 of 9 Justices Will Turn 80 by 2016 Election

The three justices are Antonin Scalia, an anchor of the court’s conservative wing, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, an anchor of the court’s liberal wing, and Anthony Kennedy, who is often the decisive swing vote in 5-4 opinions.

That means if Obama is reelected, we are going to have AT LEAST 3 new socialist leaning, constitution destroying, "right to keep and bear arms" hating new justices who will be pro abortion and pro gay marriage on the high court for the next 30 years.

Tap their phones.I would guarantee those justices are threatened routinely. We can't trust those who are in fear for their lives. My contention is that because of the special interest groups the Supreme Court is obsolete. If they were completely oblivious to all outside forces and could focus entirely on the case at hand they would still play a vital role in our government. That is'nt the case,so they need to dissolve.

They will probably be replaced by illegals too.
