Should the same-sex marriage issue be put to a statewide vote?

NO! We should not vote on it at all. Marriage is a man and a woman. Same sex should be "civil union"

A statewide vote among the churches and membership! The State has no business legislating personal relationships! All the State needs to do is sit back and write down the results of the churchgoer's vote!

Yes we should, and when the majority states they do not want this bill. Maybe our elected will drop it and not follow the few.

No, you cannot put human rights to a vote. What if Civil Rights were put up for a vote in the 60's. Voting on rights called tyrany by majority.
