HA HA HA, brilliant. The town needs money. Who has money? College kids from out of town. No? Oh you mean the speed camera's are for safety? Oooh so that's why there is a big sign a block ahead of them in all directions warning of their presence right? /sarcasm

The cameras are from grant money. By law they have to advertise that there are speed cameras. Don't you know that it has been proven that a 10mph difference in speed can mean life or death for a pedestrian who may get hit? I don't understand why speed cameras are SUCH a big deal to people. Don't speed and you won't get a ticket. Is it infringing are your right to speed? (sarcasm)

In front of the appartments that are mostly occupied by S.U. College students. I am certain that it will be less then two weeks before that one is damaged. Stand back and wait so I can say I told you so.
