A "must watch" for all. Including law enforcer's. Hey good cops, Stand up and be heard. You know it happens every day. Stop this schoolboy blue code now and do the right thing.
If you have access to the damning video or evidence of local LEO's criminal acts, EXPOSE it now, here.

No wonder so many people don't like cops. They think they are better then every one else, they think they are above the law, they have no respect for what the badge should & dose represent.

Anonymous said...

Sit down, listen, and do what your told..... and you wont be shot by a police officer. I guarantee it. All of these animals contributed to their own deaths.

Anonymous said...

1:48 It all sounds good till it hapens to you or your family. So you don't see a problem with a person that's cuffed then shot?

Anonymous said...

@ 1:48 must be white and have no run ins with the law.If you are from a different ethnic background then it is guilty before proven innocent. Why do you think you see more and more of this everyday? Because technology has advamced far enough that cops are always on camera as well. Previously they id what they wanted because usually it was their word vs the suspects word. Now the camera tells the whole story. It is really funny how people can stare the problem in the face and look right past it. Must be a law enforcement officer or related to one.

Joe now you are just being an ass. This is just as bad as the Daily Times (That you publicly belittle) not reporting something correctly and now you are just adding something to sensationalize and issue.

You know that the whole situation was not videoed or posted. Yes some of this is obvious abuse, the others, if you do not comply to the cops order, cops have a right to make you physically comply.

To the poster, "you know it happens everyday" . No it does not.

To the rest of you that keep posting cops are bad, cops are out of control, cops are power mongers and such the like.

Not all cops are anything, nor are all people anything. Your point shows ignorance and shows how little your point is. Make a valid believable point to be heard.

Like it was said before in another post, if you think you can do better, than do it.

Remember you get what you pay for.

Anonymous said...

agreed with 148pm. i didnt see any problems in the video other than resisting arrest and thinking thats their "right".

Anonymous said...

I second this:

"Wow, soooooooo many people know the law better than cops, know how to handle every situation better than our cops, know how to treat everyone better than the cops do.

One thing to say. DO IT. If you know everything better, than go get an application and do the job.

A simple challenge so you can put your money where you mouth is (in this case fingers).

Do the job, if you can't make the job better to attract better.

Do the job, if can't and you can't make it better, call your government rep and ask to make it better.

Do the job, if you can't make it better, can't call someone to make it better, than at least thank the ones who are trying.

So much talk and no action.

If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem.

The police need to beat the hell out of more people.

Clearly every incident on this vid shows extreme, excessive force, and most after the person was apprehended. Clearly at least 2 post here, after seeing it with their own eyes....try and justify it. Only officers with a distorted and disturbing mental problem would try and justify this behavior. Adrenalin and frustration are not an excuse. Seek counseling immediately, this is an order.

Anonymous said...

Is this an occupy blog now or what?

Anonymous said...

I must say some of the comments I see here were expected.

Do the job? That's what we PAY YOU to do. If YOU can't do the job,RESIGN.

You and your ilk may fool some of these people on here but the ones who have been there firsthand know the real story.

And so do you. That's why you are defending en masse the ILLEGAL actions of police.

You may or may not be exposed to the underbelly of society, but when you act like what you are supposed to be fighting, it's time to move on.

We don't want to do the job or we would have became cops. You were supposed to want to do the job and that's you joined. Naive I know.

Some become cops for the right reasons. Others, like this sample shows, become cops for the badge and gun.

What you are beginning to see is your wake up call.

How much public support do you think you can afford to lose?

If you don't see anything wrong with these instances, YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM.

It's not 'if I or anyone else can do the job better'.

It's if YOU can do the job CORRECTLY.

I have no desire to, that's why I never became a cop.

If you have no desire to, you shouldn't be a cop.

It's that plain. It's that simple.

@4:06

I do think I can do better and I don't need to be a LEO to do it. I want the right to protect myself and those who are victimized. I want my second amendment rights realized. I want to carry the protection I need. If there were no traffic laws and no "war on drugs", how many police would be necessary? We have volunteer Fire Departments. Why not volunteer police departments?

Thats not cool

Trust is a wonderful gift, but it has be earned.

Anonymous said...

I am as white as they get and I have been beaten by one Robbie Gunter MSP (probably retired with honors by now). I know of three others who were beaten by him, including my brother who was beaten black and blue while handcuffed to a chair. It ain't just an ethnic thing.

Anonymous said...

Cops can make your physically comply but they are not allowed to assault you to the degree these cops did.

Anonymous said...

You should never care if you're video taped doing your job as a police officer. If you don't do something wrong you have nothing to worry about. Mike Gray used to say "don't do anything you wouldn't want your mother to see on the 6:00 news" Be proud of what you do. Stand tall. Set the example. Do the right thing.

The cops are being "conditioned" to become WHAT they are. The elite want them that way. They will be called upon to keep us in our place. They are trained to "be better than the rest of us". They are encouraged to break laws in order to catch one of us breaking a law.

Check it out on the television shows. Cops violate people's rights all the time on the television. The real cops cheer on the "good guys" who bust down doors, torture people, illegally search people, etc.

We are being conditioned by the elites to become a slave race (non-Jewish people) and are meant to serve the "elite" (god's chosen people). WE are goyim. Cattle. Useless eaters.

Judge Napolitano, one of the narrators from this video WAS the host of FREEDOMWATCH on Fox news until they (the corporate fascists MSM) canceled the program.
Now he, a very respected State Superior court judge from NJ is considered "belligerent" by DHS for pointing out the obvious for true patriotic Americans.
This video does not represent a few isolated instances, it barely scrapes the surface of the dark pathology of many officers, training staff and superiors at play here. ( as pointed out by a few of the posts) Anyone that thinks ANY of these acts and the MANY more that go undocumented or unseen are "legitimate use of force" is truly disturbed and has absolutely no humanity. Nor should they carry a badge and a gun. Corruption is at epidemic proportions in law enforcement.

As a retired Law Enforcement Officer I'll say this: Police Officers are people. People make mistakes. We are trained not to make mistakes but, being human, we do.
We, as a whole, do not want our badge tarnished. But, still, it happens. And none of us are proud of it.
We do our best to weed out the bad cops. But never us all with the same brush.

it is amazing
we support them unconditionally when they are soldiers and when they come home and take the one job they are trained to hold
we suddenly call them into question and suspect as if they are conspirators in some control plot
yesterday they were our few and proud heroes and today they are status quo exacting PIGS
we cant have it both ways people grow up
most are too lazy to attract any attention even remotely to be considered subversive or fantastically nostalgically revolutionary
I would not worry about the police they are not calling out the K9 to find your prescription drugs or have the dogs sniff your depends
you should be so important to actually have your civil liberties scrutinized no one is coming after the complacent

Have been a cop now for a little under 10 years, I can honestly say that I have never been involved in one of these situations nor have I ever seen one of my fellow LEOs doing these things. The point that other officers and police friendly posters have tried to make is that if you do what your told - meaning stop resisting, put your hands behind your back when told to do so, keep your hands where I can see them, etc... there won't be a problem. There won't be any beatings or kicking, and I really don't care how many of your friends want to tape me as long as they stay back far enough not to get in the way.

As far as people bitching about traffic stops for minor equipment violations, all of the things you're bitching about are legitimate traffic stops. It will be identified right there on the warning or citation that you are issued usually along with the traffic article number and paragraph identified for which you were stopped. There is another article posted below that says a woman was arrested for DUI/DWI and blamed failing her field sobriety tests on her big breasts. Prior to being stopped and arrested her violations: speeding, crossing the yellow center line; minor traffic violations that led to the arrest of an intoxicated driver. The same types of violations that you all think are BS.

No traffic laws would definitely mean less cops, but it was also mean a lot more crime, road rage, drunk driving, and who would come out to the scene of your accident to do an investigation after you've been run off the road by some drunk driver with no license, no insurance, and obviously no arrest will be made because you didn't get the six months of training to be a cop. Maybe that wasn't such a good idea after all.

Its fine for you all to bash us and lump us in together as ignorant, renegade racists that are just looking to generate revenue and get promoted, but nobody liked getting called out and challenging all the non - LEOs to put your life on the line and do it better since you all know so much. I have no regrets about my career choice and will continue to do my job proudly and without hesitation. If its time for me to put my hands on on somebody and it gets rough or ugly then so be it. "Use of Force" is not pretty but sometimes its necessary to gain control and make arrests. I don't expect you all to understand because you won't be there watching my back and you are uneducated and inexperienced. I don't say that to insult its just the truth, and contrary to popular belief I don't think I'm better than you are. I wouldn't come to your place of employment and expect to know more about your job than you do, and you should do same.

As I've said many times before - go on a ride-along with your local department. You would probably get a lot out of it, and it would probably give you a whole new appreciation for what we do. Or continue to hide behind your keyboard, make up lies, and stay ignorant. It really won't make a difference to me one way or the other. I'm starting to think I look at this website way too much now because Joe seems to be stuck on a "Cop bashing" trip that is really getting old. I notice that you aren't posting any videos of positive police stories and arrest videos despite the fact that they are plenty of those out there on youtube. I guess those videos wouldn't generate the web site hits that are sooooooo important.

Every cop says not me. And for us to do the job if we don't like they way they do it.

Well if it were to come to that the people would, how do you think law enforcement got started?

And what does being a soldier have to do with being a cop? The American people are not your enemy. We are not threats to be eliminated.

Using force to subdue a criminal is one thing, and it's to be expected.

But there is such things as UNNECESSARY FORCE, POLICE BRUTALITY, ABUSE OF POWER, ETC.

Learn the differences.

This is nothing new. This has been going on as long as there have been cops.

It is just exposed more often now. And we now have more evidence than just the cops words for what happened.

You are not above the law. And if you are being painted with the same brush maybe it's because you don't recognize or try to justify these ILLEGAL actions.

Maybe some of you have not done these types of things. Maybe you have not even seen these things done. But if you just brush them off, try to justify them, tell people to do the job, and intimidate others to be quiet about it, YOU are just as bad as the ones doing it.

I told you before this is your wake up call. Your level of trust is sinking. Your level of respect is sinking.

Most people will soon view you as the enemy, and take appropriate action.

That's why they are developing technology that can x-ray people from 30 feet away.

They know if they keep this tact continuing people will fight back, with weapons.

When that starts happening you will want to know who is armed before you approach them.

You have really brought all this on yourselves.

Just like you say pay, pray and obey, you need to do the same.

And one more thing. It is not only the right, but the DUTY, of everyone to resist an unlawful arrest.

Just because you say it is lawful does not make it so.

And contrary to your popular belief, you are not the only ones who know the law. Some may even know it better than you, In fact, some do.

And it just pisses you off when you encounter them. How dare they question you right? Oops, here comes the baton.

1:49 you miss the point here. it's not bashing if it's true. Try to convince me there are no or even a small percentage of officers in your department who shouldn't be police? seriously? We all know there are teachers doctores priests wnurses who should be in their chosen fields. Other than the doctor only difference when they lose their cool and screw up someone doesn't end up dead. And even the doctor doesn't have the chance to put you away for many years. When I was a kid the cops got out of their cars and knew the people in the neighborhood, they knew who the good people were and who the wolves were. They used discretion when daling with people. should some respect and care about the people in the community. When was the last time you walked a beat? when was the last time you used discretion and let a kid go for just being a stupid kid and making a dumb mistake? and I'm not talking about one of your co workers children.
Bottom line why the public is upset with you guys is they are tired of being pulled over and fined for the tinyest bs reason while major crime is rampant. You wanted to be a cop well then do the job we pay you for. Drag your sorry ass down to church st and clean it up! leave me and my family alone while were driving to the beach!

Again from 2 officers just posting here...there is no condoning of the actions on this 1 video. No acquaintance of the officers in the video yet they make excuses like "everyone makes mistakes" "its a tough job" "everyone makes mistakes at work" Heads up boys! These arent "mistakes" These are criminal actions! Crimes against the Constitution! Not like forgetting your seatbelt or a taillight out....
Cop Bashing?!?! Really? Posting a vid of convicted criminals that were wearing a badge at the time of their crimes.....you would rather buff your badge of brotherhood than admit their crimes and disassociate yourselves....very sad.....in a court of your peers youd be found guilty by association!

And for soldiers who become cops, The wars we fight today are no different than those of 1968, or any other war. Almost one in four (21%) of our soldiers are coming home with PTSD.

That might explain some of the increase but probably not a whole lot.

Sit, pay and obey?! Not a chance in this country bub.

It is every Americans DUTY to challenge authority. To ask questions. Hold officials accountable. Hold their feet to the fire.

If you give an unlawful order or try to make an unlawful arrest, you can bet your ass people will resist. And they should.

Contrary to what most of you cops think, that badge does not give you the right or the power to harass, intimidate, abuse, threaten, or assault citizens.

While you may be the puppets on the ends of your masters strings, you are the ones doing the damage, and you will be the first ones to pay for it. Personally.

Police abuses are a growing trend that are symptomatic of a larger scheme taking place in our government.

They are telling us what to think, what to believe, don't ask questions, just obey.

See the similarities?

They need to control the masses and use the police to help them achieve that.

For some, or most, it may work. But there is a growing minority that will not submit. Preparations are taking place as we speak.

Similar to preppers I would guess but a little bit more extreme.

Laugh, joke, drink a coke, whatever you wish. It's coming. I only wish I live long enough to see it.

The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. by Thomas Jefferson

Here is the whole quote. Learn it. Remember it.

"God forbid we should ever be twenty years without such a rebellion.
The people cannot be all, and always, well informed. The part which is
wrong will be discontented, in proportion to the importance of the facts
they misconceive. If they remain quiet under such misconceptions,
it is lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty. ...
And what country can preserve its liberties, if its rulers are not
warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of
resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as
to the facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost
in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from
time to time, with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
It is its natural manure."

I love it when the cops get caught on video shooting or beating people in handcuffs and then say "you don't know the whole story". Or a video of 5-10, often more, cops beating the dog crap out of ONE man and claiming he was resisting (try to resist getting KILLED is what he was doing). You mean after somone is in handcuffs and unable to even scratch his face, he is SO dangerous that he requires killing? And we (the serfs) are beyond tired of cops looking the other way when their "brothers" rob, beat, extort, rape, sell drugs and cover for those who pay them to look the other way, murder, and commit crimes that WE go to prison for (the Code of Silence) The Code of Silence is actually complicity in crime...Your integrity is worthless and the above posts show the contempt and outright hatred of your Public Master routine. We are "animals"?? We need to be shot and beaten even more? I'll remind you of the HUNDREDS of people ON DEATH ROW, who were convicted based on the testimony of POLICE (who KNEW they were lying) and backed up by States Attorney's who just wanted a conviction to make their record look good. And later PROVED to be INNOCENT from DNA evidence. Any cop go to jail for perjury? Answer? Not a single one. And those lying video's, now numbering in the THOUSANDS, of police beating unarmed women, shooting handcuffed people, and EXECUTING citizens? Lies! All lies. Like poster 1:49 who says that in 10 years he's NEVER seen a LEO do anything wrong. Musta been in a coma for the last 9 years and 363 days. I've seen cops arrest a guy for yelling at them from the top of the Ferris wheel in Ocean City. The charge? Hindering a police officer. And no, it wasn't me. From 100 feet in the air? And confined in a moving carnival ride? THATS the kind of actions the police do just to show us (the serfs) who's in power. And to gain the respect of the citizens, and by "respect", I mean fear and loathing.

It is a tough job, a tough life. If you want to make it more professional you have to make the job seek more professional people. You can’t pay them very little, not give pay raises for years. Break countless promises of better money, better equipment, better pay, and better benefits. Especially with the younger generations, they want it now, not the promise of.
Example, Salisbury City, they are drastically underpaid compared to surrounding agencies. Did the chief ask for a raise? No, they know it is hard times, but at least ask for it.
Wicomico, they have been lied to in the past about the county even having a retirement system for deputies. They have shown over and over that the disability is the worst in the state. Has it changed in anyway? No. They even got collective bargaining; the county council still hasn’t made an agreement.
With posts like this, do you think that encourages people to become law enforcement? To be bashed as a whole, to be blamed for others?
You want better, pay better. It does not work the other way. Do you go to a car dealership and say I’m going to pay you for a Hyundai however I want the performance, warranty and trade in value of a Mercedes. It doesn’t happen. You have to pay for the Mercedes.

Anonymous said...

I'd prefer the Yugo of law enforcement... an honest, responsible force focused on violent crime involving a victim. NOT the B.S. preemptive social and personal invasions of privacy and discretion we endure now at the hands of these
"comply or die" force continuum paramilitary sycophant enforcers.

Anonymous said...

I agree. They know the pay when they apply. I have no problem with them making more money, IF they earn it AND DESERVE IT.

If they are saying we won't do our job until we get more money, I don't want them. Get rid of them. They are the wrong type of cops we need.

That because you are a big strong man.

Maybe it was justified ONCE, but the cop kept shooting.

How about the two that were lying down, cuffed, on their bellies and shot? You would have done that too?

No what he is saying is that if you want a better service you will have to pay for it. You have to make it more attractive to get better people to apply and to retain better people. Of course this will take a few years to see a difference.

This are needs it. I heard that we are the 4th worst place to live in the nation.

Something needs to change.
