Courts Orders New Trial In GasolineLleak Verdict
BALTIMORE (AP) -- Maryland's Court of Special Appeals has ordered a new trial on one count of a judgment against ExxonMobil Corp. to families whose wells were contaminated during a 2006 gasoline spill.
