MILTON — Milton Town Council has a decision to make Monday, Jan. 9.
Town officials are expected to accept or deny Dogfish Head Brewery's application to rezone nearly 40 acres of land from residential to light industrial.
Dogfish Chief Operating Officer Nick Benz said the plan is to build a warehouse on the property to allow for further expansion as the brewery continues to increase its production. The company would also construct a private access to the brewery from Cave Neck Road, which would move trucks off the roads of downtown Milton, he said.
