Good for him. If Congress refuses to do the business of the people due to partisan bickering, then a good executive should take the bull by the horns.

3:37 you have no brain. You all forget the tactics by congress and senate to keep George Bush nominees off the courts. It was not ok then I guess. But Bush had some form of honor and respect for the constitution. Not a lawless bastard like Obama.
Obama isn't lawless. He is just way more enlightened than most people, especially here on the under educated shore.

553 I do know a little and live in the Beltway. Obama is breaking the laws and is writing his own ticket in an ignorant attempt to get things done. He is a terrible leader, should be removed from office and should be impeached at the earliest possible moment. I'd suggest, if you don't like people from the Shore, leave!
The key here is that by appointing do nothings to the NLRB they will continue to exploit the strategy of not releasing hopelessly stalled contract negotiations into the 30 day cooling off period, which would then leave both parties the option of self-help (strike). Obama is not really pro-union, he wants to have unions that HE controls.
What he did is not wrong, you just don't like it.
I would like to know for what charge could you impeach President Obama for? Be specific becuase just because you don't like him isn't a reason.
If he has gone against the Constitution, explain how he has done it. Heck even try to explain how him filling these vacant seats is wrong because he's not the first President whose done this.
