Must have been the last day of the cart pusher and this was his managers car. The one who fired him and hired an illegal. Hes is my caption "INS"

Don't even think about parking near my new car.
Due to budget cutbacks, the city will use grocery carts for the normal reasons and to save money, the same carts will be used as wheel locks for those who do not pay parking tickets.
The guy at WalMart is off rounding up a stray.
Its the shopping carts day now and their out to get us!
