It's called the right lane.
If you're sightseeing or rubbernecking in the left, get your butt over.
Why is that rule so freakin' hard to follow?
As drivers, we do a lot of things that irritate each other.
We signal but never turn.

Omg yes. These people are totally ignorant. Ignorant of driving laws and rules, ignorant of common decency, common courtesy and common sense.
I passed a car yesterday on the bypass. He immediately moved to the left lane for no reason other than to be in the left lane. Why?
Sometimes I would just love to be able to push these people off the road.
it use to be well know the left lane was never a drive lane no matter your speed
it's a pass lane

This is the same thing happening here in "Lower and Slower Delaware" I think most of the drivers got their license from Cracker Jacks!
