On October 31, 2011 at approximately 10:15 am, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Village at Mitchell Pond Apartments for the report of a suspicious subject in a vehicle. Upon arrival the officers located the vehicle in question and made contact with the operator, listed below. The suspect initially gave the officers false identification information but after a number of attempts the officers were able to accurately identify him. A records check of the suspect revealed that he was currently wanted on an outstanding District Court Bench Warrant.
ARRESTED: Eric Lamont James, 33 years of age Salisbury, Maryland

False Statement to a Police Officer
Obstructing and Hindering an investigation
Maryland District Court Bench Warrant-Violation of Probation
DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking
