Republicans unfortunately because the party is fractured. Now we see what has happened when a party sells out to broaden it's base.

Defintely the Republicans.
Everyone in every party that thinks stealing more money from the job creators instead of or in addition to eliminating wasteful spending and programs that do for citizens what they should do for themselves.
well the republicans did send 2 bills to the senate, who tabled them
i havent seen nor heard of any bill from the dems or the president
so i give them 75% of the blams
and 25% tot he republicans
i want them to stand fast
no new taxes, cut spending
balanced budget amendment
heck lets get rid of the auto increase in the budget while we are at it.
There's plenty of blame to go around for everybody. Until we get away from baseline budgeting and make the tough choices it takes to live within our means there will continue to be plenty of blame for all of us.
The Tea party is and thank God for them! Democrats are out of control a vote for them is a vote against America.

Democrats are to blame for the most part. They had control of the senate and the house for many years . These are the guys that listened to Pelosi , so research and then comment.
History has peoven that democrats will spend mindlessly. After all , they are nothing more than socialist.
Being that Obama hasn't passed a budget in almost three years it would be the Democrats.
Democrats, obviously! Anybody with half a mind could answer that correctly, unless, of course-you're a democrat.

Only one man in the country can sign off on the budget and that would be Obama. The Dems are to blame.
