BALTIMORE (AP) -- A blogger being sued by a Baltimore councilwoman will be in court seeking the dismissal of the libel and defamation suit.
Councilwoman Belinda Conaway is suing Examiner.com political blogger Adam Meister and his publisher for $21 million over a column that alleged she doesn't live in the city. A motion to dismiss the suit is expected to come before a judge on Monday.
