I'm sure many of you have been noticing that Salisbury News has been taken quite some time to load. We have experienced extremely high traffic over the past week so we made some changes to help the home page load much faster.
Again, we thank all of you for visiting every day and I hope these changes will make your experience a whole lot better.

It's has been a pain.
I have noticed that but I attributed it to my browser change to Google chrome.
It's better , only took about a minute and a half. Some of the problem may be my computer.

Joe, is that the NEW "Viagra" type internet booster??? Works great!
it's never slowed down for me it always loads about like any other site sometimes it might take one or two seconds longer than normal but never to bad. I'm in Pocomoke and have comcast cable.
Still slooooowwwwww. Took a minute and a half to load. Says "not responding"
