Federal Court: Massachusetts Law Against Recording Of On-The-Job Cops Is Unconstitutional

A federal appeals court ruled that the people have the right to record police officers when they're on the job in public. A U.S. First Circuit Court of Appeals judge found that a Massachusetts law used to ban such actions is unconstitutional.

Rock on, baby!! FINALLY, a judge realized that ANY GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL, especially the ones who get to beat and kill us --- especially them ---has NO right to "privacy" when they are in public, just as the government tells US, as they constantly film us and photograph us (without ANY suspicion of crime!!). The police, who film us 24-7, don't think "we, the people" (their MASTERS) have any rights (except for the ones THEY think we should have)....it (the ruling) ain't gonna stop the machine, but it may loosen a couple of bolts....
